Mr. Van Zwol joined Vanguard in April 2007. Before coming to Vanguard, he was with a Dutch custodian bank for almost ten years. Mr. Van Zwol earned an engineering degree from Eindhoven University of Technology, where he studied industrial engineering and management science. He is a member of the CFA Society VBA Netherlands.

Mr. Bezuijen joined Vanguard in September 2011. Prior to this, he worked at a Dutch custodian bank for almost 14 years in different roles, most recently in Business Development. Mr. Bezuijen started his career as an accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in economics. He obtained his MBA at Drexel University (Philadelphia, USA) in June 2022.

Van Tongeren earned a Master’s degree from Utrecht University, where he studied Organizational Psychology.

Frits de Rek joined Vanguard in 2018. Before this he spent 11 years at a Dutch asset manager, where he was responsible for key accounts and finally for institutional business development. Before that he worked as an investment manager for a Dutch insurance company. He holds a Masters degree from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.
